Welcome to my website and thanks for considering me for your real estate needs. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, my goal is to make the process as hassle free and pleasant as possible. The beautiful mountains that form the backdrop to Cedar City are the gateway to Brian Head ski resort, Cedar Breaks National Monument and Bryce Canyon National Park. Less than an hour south of Cedar, you can enjoy the awesome wonders of Zion National Park or spend some time cooling off at Sand Hollow or Quail Creek State Parks. Other popular nearby destinations include Lake Powell, Las Vegas and a multitude of Golf courses just 45 minutes south in St. George. Cedar City is home to Southern Utah University which hosts the Tony Award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival. Enjoy one of several plays throughout the season and then become a fan of SUU's highly ranked and very talented Gymnastics and Football teams. With 256 average days of sun and four seasons, Cedar City is a great place to call home.
